These are the services we offer to protect your jewelry:
✨ 1. Wear the right size, always
We know that throughout life there can be changes and for our jewelry we offer the following services:
– Ring resizing up to 3 sizes from the original measurement. (Excluding rings with diamonds all around the band, e.g. eternity rings)
– In the case of necklaces and bracelets with chains we can shorten them (at no cost) or lengthen them by calculating the additional cost of the chain.
We offer you an annual professional cleaning and polishing service to make your jewelry sparkle again.

🔍 3. Get the complete check-up
Has your jewelry taken a hit or do you have the impression that something happened that could compromise its structure?
The guarantee includes a professional inspection by Fabio to verify the integrity of the jewelry and in case there are stones we’ll check their setting.
Should any special work be necessary, it will be previously quoted and agreed upon with you.
🛡️ 4. Repair of jewelry craftsmanship defects
Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted in our Florence Atelier and it can happen that, as in every artisanal creation, there are defects.
We always hope this doesn’t happen but if it should, don’t worry!
Even in this case our guarantee includes jewelry repair should there be imperfections not caused by wear or improper use of the jewelry.
Other useful information about our lifetime guarantee:
– The Fàbera Jewelry guarantee is available only for the jewelry owner and for jewelry made by Fàbera Jewelry. – To guarantee a long life for your jewelry, we recommend annual maintenance.
– If we believe your jewelry presents defects not covered by the guarantee, we’ll notify you and before repairing the jewelry we’ll present you with the best solution.
– We don’t provide repair, replacement or refund guarantee in case of normal wear or stone loss caused by improper use of the jewelry. If your jewelry’s stone seems loose, bring or send us your jewelry for inspection.
– Any modifications made by goldsmiths/jewelers other than Fàbera will void the guarantee.
In summary:
✅ Our guarantee covers: craftsmanship defects, annual maintenance (cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating and jewelry inspection), ring resizing up to 3 sizes (excluding eternity rings).
❌ Our guarantee does NOT cover: theft or loss of jewelry, modifications made by third parties (void the guarantee), extreme jewelry wear and damage caused by impacts or improper use of jewelry

Don’t worry, we’ve thought about this too!
In case you’ve chosen a ring and when you give it you realize the size is wrong, the first round-trip shipping from our Atelier is included in the jewelry purchase.
For any other activity like inspection, cleaning and subsequent ring resizing, shipping is at the customer’s expense and equals €25.
Shipping is organized by us and is insured, trackable and express.
Once the date is agreed upon, we’ll provide you with all the necessary information to prepare the package as well as the waybill to affix to the shipment.
